Dr. Mai Tran

After attaining her Bachelor of Science with Honors in Genetics from the University of Alberta, Dr. Mai Tran pursued her Medical Degree and completed her Family Medicine residency at the University of Calgary. She further enhanced her expertise with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Practical Dermatology (PgDip) with Distinction from Cardiff University.

Dr. Tran has enjoyed a diverse and fulfilling medical career, serving as a family physician, hospitalist, preceptor for medical students and residents, and an ER/urgent care doctor. This broad range of experience has equipped her with expertise in office surgical procedures, acute dermatological diagnosis, and management of chronic skin disorders. Over the past decade, Dr. Tran has focused on refining her skills in providing injectables for both aesthetic and therapeutic purposes.

A strong advocate of preventative medicine, Dr. Tran is passionate about both medical and cosmetic dermatology. She is dedicated to understanding her patients’ needs, helping to foster their confidence and well-being through personalized and comprehensive care.
